Eligibility criteria

One year in same job
Registered in NSSF
Age: 21 to 64 (at loan maturity)
Nationality: Lebanese nationals residing in Lebanon & non-resident Lebanese on a case by case basis
Minimum household income for salaried: LBP 2,500,000
Minimum household income for self-employed: LBP 3,750,000

Employees

Certified employment certificate for applicant
Certified employment certificate for Fiancé/spouse in case of joint applicants
Statement of account for the past year for applicant, and fiancé(e)/spouse in case of joint applicants

Self-Employed Clients

Company financials showing profits for the last 2 years
Statement of account showing company transactions for the last 2 years
Copy of commercial circular and commercial registration

Personal Documents

Proof of residence (mayor certificate) for applicant, and fiancé(e)/spouse in case of joint applicants
Individual Civil Registry Record for the applicant, and fiancé(e)/spouse in case of joint applicants
Family Civil Registry Record
Syndicate and insurance cards are requested from professionals (doctors, engineers…)
Judicial record for the applicant and fiancé(e)/spouse

Real Estate Documents

Copy of the title deed of the residence subject of the loan
Real estate certificate of the plot subject of loan and the common section 1 & 3, dated one month maximum
Selling agreement/contract or sale promise along with a copy of the identity card of the seller
Property internal regulations
Allotment map i.e. zoning and planning map
Copy of the benefit plan and easement of the alignment plan (1 month old maximum)
Copy of the habitation permit
